Goodbye 2015 and Hello 2016

Hello there! Well it's the last day of 2015 and I thought I would do a little general post on here to say THANK YOU. I always get a bit sentimental at the end of a year and the beginning of a new year and I like to look back on things that have happened.

Thank you for another great year supporting me in my Stampin Up business. I have had some great times and highs this year and am so very grateful to those who shared the journey with me (yes I used the "j" word!)

I was thrilled to be honoured with 2nd place in Sales in the UK this year as well as 3rd place in Recruiting in the UK too. These awards are really just the icing on the cake for me, the cake is the fact that I get to do a job I love each and every day that doesn't feel like a job, and for that I am grateful.
I was thrilled to be asked to be a panellist on the Stampin' Chat series of videos by Stampin' Up! Maybe not so thrilled at hearing and seeing myself on the screen but it was an amazing couple of days with lovely people and hopefully we conveyed how great it is to be a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
I started my Coffee and Card sessions this year at the Mill Kitchen in Farsley and have met a lot of lovely new supporters who have now become friends and regular attendees at my other classes, for that I am so grateful.
This year I have run 4 All Day Stamp a Stacks, 11 Friday evening Stamp a Stacks, 2 Day Retreats, 1 Weekend Retreat, 11 Saturday afternoon classes, numerous Coffee and Card sessions, not to mention my Project Life classes, Tuesday Clubs, Bring Your Own project nights and all the events that I run for my team! Phew!

2016 is set to bring many more exciting classes and events with lots planned in already. Please check the Classes/Events page at the top of my blog for the first few events in January or if you are a Facebook user please head over to the EVENTS PAGE on my Facebook Business page by clicking HERE, you can also subscribe to be notified of all my events.

So I will leave you with another great big THANK YOU and a bit of a shameless plug for my events coming up soon! Would love to see you there

Happy New Year!

A few faves from the sale!

Good Morning! Now I know I keep going on about it at the end of my blog posts but the Year End Sale is ending very soon and there will be no access to these reduced items after 4th January.

The gorgeous Painted Blooms papers are reduced to £3.98 for 12 sheets of 12x12 paper. It is double sided as you can see and there are 6 designs with 2 of each sheet. This was £10 so it's an amazing saving!
EDITED TO ADD - this is a message for Dragonriding who has left me a comment, I have no way of contacting you. This is the price for 12 sheets of 12x12 paper which come in the pack. Hope this helps
I have used it on this framed picture here
And on this card here
One thing on the sale that I have personally stocked up on is this patterned wrapping paper reduced from £8.95 to £3.98. It is called Festive Wrapping paper but I have used it more for birthday presents and don't find it to be festive at all when you tie some none festive ribbon around your gift.
And finally another item that I have sold a lot of is the Seasonal Snapshot 2015 Project Life card collection and Accessory pack. These are both reduced with 40% off and you get LOADS in the kit suitable for School, Autumn, Halloween and Christmas layouts. It's been my most used kit these last few weeks.
You can find all the sale items by clicking on the image below and of course there is still time to use my Online Code too before the order closes at 8pm on Wednesday evening.

Have a happy Tuesday

Flowery Treat Bag

Hello and good morning! Today is a Monday that doesn't feel like a Monday and it's time for me to sort out the craft den! It's such a mess, but nothing that I can't sort out in a couple of hours with my tunes on and a cuppa! All the Christmas stamp sets have been packed away and I am currently working on lots of lovely new things from the new catalogue. I always love this time of year for making new starts in my business.
Today I am sharing a treat bag made with some paper that is one of the exclusive freebies as part of the Sale-A-Bration offering and check out that lush wide Watermelon Wonder ribbon, love it!
The stamp set I have used is also one of the SAB freebies too and I am sure it will be a popular one. I have used it a lot already!
Just a couple of reminders about the Year End Sale and my Online Code that is ending for December on Wednesday evening.

Have a great Bank Holiday Monday!

More Birthday Blooms

Hello! I hope you had a truly lovely Christmas? We had a really nice time and I have barely ventured out of the house for 2 days. My craft room is a tip and I will be making that a priority job in the next day or so as I need to create lots of new things but there isn't a spare inch of work space! I am sure many of you can empathise there!

Today I am sharing a make using NEW products available in 9 days time! If you are one of my regular customers I will be sending the catalogues out in the next couple of days so they reach you before the launch. I am really loving this new stamp set Birthday Blooms and it will feature on my first Technique Class of 2016 on Saturday 30th January (please click on Classes/Events for more details). We will not be making this particular card though!
I coloured the flower with the Blushing Bride ink pad and an aqua brush.
I am struggling for decent photos at the moment with the dark and dreary days.
I was enjoying myself so much that I also made a matching gift tag too!

So whilst we are all really excited for the new things please don't forget to take a look at the items that are retiring and are on sale. Once they are gone they are gone and they are definitely not available after 4th January!
My Code Club for December is still open and will remain so until 30th December when I place my last order of 2015. If you would like to add anything, just let me know

Merry Christmas

Good Morning and a happy Christmas Eve to you! Are you excited? I always love Christmas Eve, there is a special feeling of anticipation mixed with a bit of panic as to whether you have everything sorted. We are only cooking for 6 tomorrow so it's a very relaxed affair although Mr K wasn't relaxed last night when he went to collect our shopping from the Click and Collect, brought it home and then we realised that there were 36 items missing from the order!!! Most of it was things for the fridge! Lot's of stress phoning Asda and then a bit of dash to the store at 10pm last night! Anyway it's sorted now and we are already laughing about it!
Today I am sharing some quick makes from yesterday. Mr K asked me to make some quick little Gift Voucher holders so I came up with these using the Envelope Punch Board
I used my favourite spot stamp from the Work of Art stamp set in Cherry Cobbler stamped on to my favourite Crumb Cake!

Thank you to those who have ordered this month. Remember the Year End Sale has been updated with some new goodies and there are still lots of bargains to be had, you can find them by clicking on the picture below
May I take this opportunity to wish you all a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and thank you for your support and loyalty during 2015.

Just for You

Good Morning! I am so late blogging today as I had a lovely Monday morning lie in! Love the school holidays for this reason alone! Two of my boys have gone into Leeds for last minute shopping and one is still asleep in bed!!! Me, well I am still sat here in my pyjamas but the ironing is calling me and then this afternoon I am going to visit my lovely neighbour and her baby girl to get her started with her Project Life album! Can't wait!
Today I am sharing another card made at my crafty session with Monica. We had a bit of a system and we each made 2 of the same projects so we had one each. This was one of Monicas. I said I would love the Just For You embossed in gold and this is what she came up with! I love it! The Just For You stamp is part of a Sale-A-Bration free set available from 5th January. I think it's going to be a popular one.
You cannot tell really well but we were a bit obsessed with the new Wink of Stella glitter brush and Monica went a bit bananas whooshing over the whole card with the glitter brush. You should see it in real life!
I am not able to add the product codes to the bottom of my blog as yet as they are unavailable but I will be spending the time in between Christmas and the New Year getting all my catalogues out in the post to my customers!
Have a great Monday!
