Beautiful Bouquet - Version 2

Good Morning. I'm a little late posting today but I'm back with the other version of the card I shared yesterday, the "grunge" version. This card was CASED from the catalogue and is stamped in exactly the same way as yesterdays card however it is stamped on watercolour paper and then spritzed with some water.

If you look carefully you can see some Melon Mambo splats that are created by dipping an Aquabrush in the lid of the ink pad and flicking it all over the card.
I gave my ladies the option of doing the "clean" version which I shared yesterday or this "grunge" version. Out of the 8 that attended class, 6 went for clean and 2 for grunge! Which would you go for?
July's Online Code is still live right up until 31st July.

Beautiful Bouquet Bundle - Version 1

Good Morning, yes I am back again today with an extra blog as I have so much to share with you! On Tuesday night I held our Tuesday Club session, a week later than usually due to our trip to Thailand and we made 3 cards with a Friends theme. This is the first one, which I CASED from the catalogue. I did make another version of this that was a little "grungier" and I gave my ladies the option of which one they would like to make. I will share the alternative with you tomorrow.
This is such a fantastic bundle with so many possibilities and I love the pop of bright colours on this card.
The sentiment is a lovely one, perfect for a special friend. A couple of the clear faceted gems just finish of the card with a touch of Linen thread.
Thank you to those of you who have used my code so far this month, it will remain open until 31st July.

Last of the Stamp A Stack cards

Hey there, ooo it's almost the weekend. This week started off pretty tough for me, catching up with work and dealing with the jet lag but the latter part of the week has been brilliant and very productive. I feel very inspired after our recent trip to Thailand with Stampin' Up! and I have been crafting like crazy since my return and planning lots of lovely events for you. I'll be doing an update about our trip on Sunday's blog post for you!

Today is the last of the Stamp A Stack makes, I seem to have really dragged out the sharing of the 6 card designs but here is the last one. As you may recall my ladies all got a full pack of the Petal Garden papers, as well as the Wood Texture papers and some ribbon too! I know, I love a good goody bag!
This card covers so many occasions, just when you want to send someone some love, and I am sure we could all use a card like this sometimes? The colour combo of the card was dictated by the papers and its Sweet Sugarplum, Calypso Coral and Old Olive with some Basic Black for the sentiment.
A little bit of fussy cutting was required for the leaves and the flowers but hey it's therapeutic right?
Thank you to those of you who have used my code so far this month, there is still time to shop with this code right up until 31st July.

Happy Birthday Thinlit Die

Hello there! Phew, I just got back from Thailand on Saturday evening, luckily I had scheduled yesterday's blog post as I am struggling a little with the jet lag and also a bit of a dodgy tummy!
I will be back with a full blog post about our fabulous trip later on in the week but for now please enjoy today's make!

This is another creation from the All Day Stamp a Stack and uses the very popular (and unfortunately still unavailable Daisy Punch) and the Happy Birthday thinlit die which has also been a good seller, such a useful die to have in your craft stash!
You may be wondering why the daisy looks a little scrunched up? Well I sprayed it with water first and then scrunched up the 3 layers of daisies to create a more "shabby chic" look!
I love how the Wood Textures papers go with so many things and I particularly love this pale one from the collection.
Thanks to those of you who have shopped online with me this month. Last months gifts are a little delayed due to my Thailand visit but they are at the top of my list for this week!
